About the Probate Department Ltd:
As independent Probate professionals, we stand ready to help with all or any part of the probate process. We cover the whole of the Sussex area covered by the Brighton Probate Registry and our fees are surprisingly modest especially when compared with bank lawyers and probate solicitors. We also work with an Estate Planner (not a financial adviser – though we know lots of good ones) who can assist with ongoing planning if you don’t already have one. Almost inevitably, changes will be needed to your legal planning.
Contact us here: we will be happy to deal with the Brighton Probate Registry office on your behalf and to assist you with probate in East and West Sussex at modest fees. We have local people in most parts of East and West Sussex who will be pleased to come and see you at any reasonable time of day and at weekends. When you work with us you will remain in charge, and you will usually be able to ring and speak to the person responsible for your case rather than a secretary who has no real idea what is going on. At least during office hours – we don’t work 24×7! At other times just email us or leave a message on the phone, and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
